	ACUTE INJURY : The foot and lower limb can suffer high energy injuries that affect not only bones, but soft parts also. Nerves, muscles, skin and other tissues may be implicated. We are specialised in the treatment of complex wounds. If this is your case, please contact us.

	INJURY & SECUELAE RECONSTRUCTION : Some patients end with a deformity of the limb, sometimes accompanied by unstable skin, someothers with bone instability. This problems may have solution with microsurgical reconstruction. Please contact us if this is your case.

	DIABETIC FOOT & ISCHAEMIC FOOT : Do you suffer from diabetes or cardiovascular disease? These problems make chronic ulceration at the lower limb difficult to heal. You may need a microsurgical approach to your condition. Please contact us.

	TIBIAL FRACTURE: High energy injury may break the tibia, but soft tissues are commonly involved in this trauma. Please contact us if this is your case.

	OSTEOMYELITIS : Sometimes wound healing is followed by chronic draining of pus. This may be a bone problem, which may have a solution under microsurgical reconstruction. We perform microsurgical bone free flaps.

	COMPLEX WOUNDS : If you have corticoid treatment, or you suffer from diabetes or cardiovascular disease or hypertension, and you are a smoker, you will see you do not heal as you expected.
