| This picture shows an arthroscopy surgery of the wrist. This was a 32 year-old patient who suffered from an acute pain after an accidental fall. After visiting another physician, who did not find any radiologic pattern, and he was treated with antiinflammatory drugs. After months of treatment, the patient was discharged, and came to our office looking for help.
In this case, X-ray images are not enough for diagnosis. After a deep exploration of the hand, we decided to take patient to surgery to perform a wrist arthroscopy. In the same time, we performed the treatment, and he returned to his normal working-life in three motnhs.
