Here is shown a patient suffering from repetitive bone fracture secondary to another condition. There were previous surgeries which were not succesful. At the time of consultation, deformity was evident.
In this case the patient had a reconstruction of the bone with a microsurgical bone flap after reduction of previous mis-consolidation. This flap would "fabricate" new healthy bone.
