A 35 year old patient with open tibial fracture that was previously treated elsewhere. Infection of the wound is evident, and the bone is incorrectly set.

At our institution, we perform full treatment of such cases, reparing not only bone, but also nerves and vessels with microsurgical techniques.

After two surgical procedures, this patient can walk, and there is no suppurative leak from the wound.
