Doctor Pedro Cavadas organized a new surgical camp in Kenya. This time, our activity took place in a rural area called Bungoma, close to Uganda border. Dr. Pedro Cavadas, Dr. Pilar Taurá, Dr. Luis Landin and RN Vanesa Alemany participated in this surgical camp.
Our aim was to provide free surgery to poor patients. We operated them from August 20th to September 3rd 2005. At the end, 61 patients had undergone reconstructive surgery.
